Lumen Guard

Lumen Guard is an offline emergency flashlight signal app for Android. Use the phone flash to send SOS rhythm signals in low-visibility, noisy, or hard-to-speak situations, or use the Respond rhythm to confirm that a signal has been seen. The app supports rhythm speed choices, flashlight permission checks, and keep-screen-awake behavior. The reviewed build requests CAMERA permission for flashlight control and does not request INTERNET, location, microphone, media, notifications, or broad storage permissions. The package also exposes a launcher-class entry.
